Apart from 100% visual inspection as per QMS, finished products are tested at random basis for hardness testing and macro examination.

To ensure accurate dimensional checkup, We use calibrated measuring tools and gauges.

Micro and Macro examination of rolled product carried out to ensure better quality computerized manufacturing microscope used to determine the important material properties as per standards.
